THE HEAD AND NOT THE TAIL

No matter the plot against me
Who can curse me when God has blessed me
When my enemies give a hassle
The Lord will strengthen me in the battle
The adversary can try and scare me
But I know his itinerary
Greater is he that is in me
Rejecting him will make him flee
If my world suddenly collapses
I'll wait 'til it passes and see what the last is
When Job went from rich to poor
God blessed him more than he did before
I know it's not too late to see
His fate for me so I'll wait to be
Blessed just like he said
He's the one that lifts up my head

When life doesn't show me what I'd like to see
I trust in him that judges righteously
I trust in him that gave his life for me
I trust in him that paid the price for me
When someone does me wrong I don't sweat it
I'm no better I've been indebted
To people and God especially
And their wrong doesn't stop my destiny
Ke se ra se ra what will be will be
But the only one that can stop me is me
With everything Satan does he's outdone
God always has the overall outcome
Failure is impossible
There is no permanent obstacle
Though I walk in the midst of trouble
God will revive so it's no struggle

All the troubles that this life brings
Won't ever make me miss my dreams

In the shadow of his wings he'll let me hide
God has blessed me in his word
I need to hear it more than I've heard
A lifetime of being cursed
With insults frequently rehearsed
If my life is still a mess
I will confess his word until I'm blessed
Prophesying my own future
Calling things that aren't as though they were
Now I have hope in the world
And with hope I can cope with the world
I lay aside every weight and sin
Obeying him I play to win
